SMS & text communications
By providing your phone number and signing up for service, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Pup Scoops, including appointment confirmations, arrival notifications, gate photos, and billing updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Photos
As part of our standard service, we photograph your closed gate after each visit and send it to you by text. We may retain service photos for quality assurance. Photos are never shared publicly or used for marketing without your explicit written consent.
Sharing & security of your data
We do not sell your data. We may share information with trusted partners and service providers that help us operate:
- Jobber — scheduling, invoicing, client portal, and payments
- Google — maps, analytics, and business listings
